SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Megderoyale Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic 

1. Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Weekends or holidays may delay this further. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Or you can contact us at [email protected]

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight and 1-2 business days delivery are NOT AVAILABLE because this is a dropshipping shop. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen happenings such as Covid restrictions. 

3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

The Megderoyale Shop ships to addresses within the U.S., U.K., Australia, and some parts of Europe. 

We DO NOT SHIP to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

4. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

The Megderoyale Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

6. Damages 

The Megderoyale Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, don't hesitate to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy 

Our international shipping is currently limited. If you are ordering outside U.S., U.K., or Australia, please email [email protected] after ordering. 

Returns

Returns are NOT accepted. Refunds may be processed upon a GENIUNE investigation of issues and provision of EVIDENCE by the customer.
